Klaaskajakiga elamusretk Kuusalu liivakarjääris
An experiential glass-kayak tour at the Kuusalu sand quarry near Lahemaa National Park offers the chance to discover the world hidden beneath clear, cold groundwater in a completely new way. The transparent kayak creates the feeling that you are gliding above the water—while beneath you open up underwater landscapes: sandy bottom patterns, drifting aquatic plants, and curious fish.
With its depth and clarity, the Kuusalu sand quarry is an ideal place to observe underwater life up close. The groundwater, about 5 meters deep, is crystal clear, and its transparency creates excellent conditions for watching the underwater flora and fauna. The landscape here is distinctive—steep “walls,” layers of sand, and the play of light in the depth make the ride a visually enchanting experience.
If you wish, you can also explore the underwater world by glass kayak at night, when the light creates a completely new, magical atmosphere in the depths.
Come and experience the clear water of the Kuusalu sand quarry and discover its hidden beauty in a whole new way!
