Glasskayak, transparent Kayak, Experience on Lake Äntu Sinijärv
An experience on Lake Äntu where you discover nature’s beauty through a transparent kayak and a transparent SUP board, while learning about the lake’s diverse flora and fauna.
Äntu Sinijärv is a lake in Lääne-Viru County, in Väike-Maarja Parish, located about 7 km south of Väike-Maarja.
It is Estonia’s clearest-water lake and, in limnological terms, an alkalitrophic lake. Water transparency is believed to reach up to 15 meters, even though the lake’s maximum depth is only 8 m. Powerful springs ensure this exceptional clarity. Because of these strong springs, the water temperature rarely rises much above 10–15°C even in summer.
The price includes a 1-hour rental for one person: a transparent kayak, paddle, and life jacket.
One transparent kayak fits 2 people (max load 210 kg). Children under 10 go free. Life jackets are available from 3 kg upwards.
Bookings for groups under 10 people are not accepted. Discounts are available for groups of 25 or more.
