Underwater Views: Glass SUP Experience on Lake Äntu Sinijärv

On a Glass SUP board on Lake Äntu Sinijärv, you’ll get breathtaking views of the lakebed, aquatic plants and underwater life — a calm, safe and truly different kind of experience.

What is it?

A Glass SUP board is a stand-up paddleboard with a transparent bottom, letting you glide across the lake while peeking underwater — like moving above an aquarium. Lake Äntu Sinijärv is perfect for this, because the water is exceptionally clear and the bottom patterns remain visible even in deeper areas.

What will you see?

During the ride you may spot:

• aquatic plants and lakebed patterns right beneath you,

• fish (e.g. perch, roach, pike),

• sometimes other water creatures (e.g. frogs and crayfish),

• “forests” of stonewort that give the bottom a distinctive look.

(Visibility depends on the weather, wind and water conditions — nature makes every trip a little different.)

How does it work?

This is a self-guided ride after a short briefing: we’ll show you the launch point, go over safety and the basics of handling the board — then you enjoy 1 hour at your own pace.

Weather-appropriate clothing and, if needed, a warm layer — Äntu spring water can feel chilly even in summer.
