Experience Hike “Nature Survivor: Preparing to Get Through a Crisis” – with a Nature Guide
If you want a real skill set (not just “I watched it on YouTube”), this hike is for you. Here you’ll get hands-on and do the simple but life-saving things that, in a crisis, make the difference between panic and calm.
🧭 What you’ll do and learn
-
build a real shelter from branches as a team (yes — it actually stands!)
-
light a campfire safely (the forest isn’t a barbecue area — we do it the smart way)
-
brew tasty wild herbal tea
-
optionally cook a soup over the fire
-
practise what to do if you’re lost, or if you need to cope without electricity and water
-
learn simple “tips and routines” for thinking and acting in a crisis without wasting energy or time
👨👩👧👦 Who it’s for
Great for youth, families, friends, and work teams — especially if you want to combine teamwork, movement, and real-life skills. It’s also family-friendly and pet-friendly.
📍 Where and when
Runs by pre-booking. The location is agreed in advance — for example in the Lahemaa National Park area (Kuusalu/Kaberla) or around Metsamõisa.
😄 Small bonus
A campfire is the old-school “power bank,” a shelter is your “off-grid hotel,” and the forest… the forest is the best teacher. Come build a skill reserve that never runs out.
